“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Joshua Leigh Wallace trading as HRSN.

ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply to purchases made by consumers through our website. A consumer is an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
Please read these terms alongside our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, available through our website and checkout.
Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right takes priority.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We are responsible for supplying products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and any particular purpose agreed with us, and consistent with their description.
We take reasonable care to display accurate descriptions, sizes and photographs. Screen settings may cause minor differences in how colours appear. This does not excuse supplying a materially different or misdescribed product.
Please follow the care instructions provided. Normal wear and tear is not necessarily a defect, but products must meet the standards of quality and durability required by law.
Changes to product descriptions apply to future purchases and do not alter an order we have already accepted.

ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
You can review and correct your order before submitting it. Please check the products, quantities, sizes, delivery address and contact information.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance.
We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. At that point, a contract is formed for the products confirmed as dispatched.
Payment may be collected before acceptance. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund the relevant payment without undue delay.
We will not substitute products or make material changes to your order without your agreement.
You may withdraw your offer before acceptance. Acceptance does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges and the total price are displayed before you submit your order.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not change the price of an accepted order.
If we discover a pricing error before acceptance, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Any promotion-specific conditions will be disclosed with the promotion and will not override your statutory rights.

DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Standard delivery costs £2.99. Standard delivery is free for orders of £25 or more.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes a further 3–5 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery estimates do not exclude your legal rights. If delivery is delayed or your parcel is missing, contact hello@wearhrsn.com.
If no delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.
Where delivery is late, you may require delivery within an additional reasonable period and cancel for a refund if we fail to meet it. You may cancel immediately where we refuse to deliver or miss a delivery deadline that was essential and agreed before the contract was formed.
Products remain at our risk until physically received by you or a person you nominate. If you independently arrange a carrier that we have not offered, risk passes when that carrier receives the products.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order without giving a reason from the time the contract is formed until 14 days after the day you, or your nominated recipient, receive the goods.
If products from one order are delivered separately, this period runs from the day after the last product is received.
To cancel, send a clear statement by email to hello@wearhrsn.com or by post to our address in section 1. You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
Sending your cancellation notice before the deadline is sufficient. Our approval is not required.
Please include your order number or sufficient details for us to identify the purchase.

RETURNING GOODS AFTER CANCELLATION
Send the goods to our address in section 1 without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
You pay the direct cost of returning change-of-mind purchases. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
You may handle the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond that.
Please return original packaging where possible. Missing packaging does not automatically remove your cancellation right.
The change-of-mind conditions in this section do not restrict remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION
When you cancel the whole order, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option you selected are not refundable.
We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
If goods do not meet your statutory rights, contact hello@wearhrsn.com. Please provide purchase details and describe the problem. Photographs can help, but are not an absolute condition of a valid claim.
You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods for a full refund.
After that period, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where the statutory conditions are met, you may instead be entitled to a price reduction or final rejection and refund.
We will bear reasonable return costs for valid faulty-goods claims. Refunds following rejection under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to them.

OUR LIABILITY
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable where it is an obvious consequence or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was formed.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
We do not cap your statutory remedies at the purchase price or require you to waive consumer rights.

WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Use our website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, misuse another person’s information or attempt unauthorised access.
Our branding, photographs and other website materials belong to us or our licensors. You may browse and save material for personal use. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law.
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary for security or misuse prevention. This does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders.

SHOPIFY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Shopify provides the platform hosting our store. Your purchase contract is with Joshua Leigh Wallace trading as HRSN, not Shopify.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify also processes information under its own privacy policy. These terms do not replace either privacy policy or constitute blanket consent to marketing.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Send complaints to hello@wearhrsn.com or our postal address. Please include purchase details and explain the outcome you are seeking.
We will investigate and seek to resolve complaints fairly. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights or bringing legal proceedings.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections applicable where they live and may bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction within the United Kingdom.

CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
Updates to these terms apply to future orders. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order unless we agree a lawful change with you.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where they can do so fairly. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been waived.
