HRSN SHIPPING POLICY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

DELIVERY COSTS

Standard delivery costs £2.99. Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Please allow for both dispatch and delivery time.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods or postal delays.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@wearhrsn.com as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address once your order has been dispatched.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact hello@wearhrsn.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
